Return Policy

Returns are not accepted.

However, if any issue arises with your toad or accessories within 14 days of receiving it, I will arrange repair or replacement. Just shoot me a message!

Defective products may be returned only if they're in the original condition, unused and with the tags still attached. We require proof that the item is defective before we begin the return process. If you send an item back and it is not defective, you will have to pay for the return shipping back to you.

If your item is defective but you do not want a replacement, you will receive store credit. It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received. Store credit does not expire. 

Imperfect toads are sold at a discount and are final sale.
