This ruffle can be worn as either a collar or a tutu.

Simply remove the front of the top handles and slip it over the Toads head for a color, fastening the top handles back once it is on there

Remove the back end of the top handles to put it on as a tutu.

The collars look best when they are worn low on the toads "neck."
