This ruffle can be worn as either a collar or a tutu.

Simply remove the front of the top handles and slip it over the Toads head for a collar, fastening the top handles back once it is on there. The collars look best when they are worn low on the toads "neck."

Remove the back end of the top handles to put it on as a tutu.
