My processing time is 3-5 business days. That is my processing time to get everything ready and shipped out. This is entirely separate from the shipping time. The shipping option you choose will determine the speed at which the postal carriers will move.

** Each toad is a unique snowflake. They might have slightly different shapes, markings, facial structure. These are TOADS, not a box or cylinder. Sometimes their face or body might lean a bit this way or that. There are made of vinyl, so they are pliable and movable. Often times the shape will even out as they are used.

Vinyl material sometimes has a residual "factory scent". This is not permanent and usually is gone before it arrives to you. However, in the off chance your toad smells like factory, just leave them in the open air for a little bit and it will disappear.

*These toads are created exclusively for Windy Willow. You'll never see these toads available on their own in any craft store. You'll know it's genuine from the branded plaque and their custom tummy tattoos. :)

Please note that for international orders, your local governments will likely charge taxes and import duties, over which I have zero control. I have no way of knowing what those will be, and I have no way of mitigating those for you. They're controlled entirely by your government, and not by me. These can be substantial.
